App View

App View is a:

management tool that visually tracks, analyzes and displays key performance indicators (KPI) and key data points related to a strategic theme or subject.

Views help decision makers to monitor the health of a strategic theme or business area. They are customizable to meet the specific needs of a subject.

Navigation

To manage app views, go to Configuration -> App Views

App View Attributes

Following table consist of app view attributes

Key Column	Type	Definition
ID	Integer	Unique ID of an app view
Page	Integer	Unique ID of a page
Object	Varchar	By default it is the name of the object
View Type	Varchar
Name	Varchar	Unique Name of app view
Short Description	Varchar	Short explanation regarding app view
Object Type	Varchar	Type of an object
Key ID	Varchar
Query Field
Sort Field	Varchar	Determines the field by which app view will be sorted
Sort Order	Integer	Determines the order in which app view will be sorted
Group By	Varchar	Name of field by which view will be grouped
Return Limit	Integer	Count of values that will be displayed

Configuration of App View

Configuring a new app view

1. Go to Configuration ->App Views

2. Click Add New to configure a new app view

Configuring an existing app view

1. Go to Configuration ->App Views

2. Select Edit form action column of an app view which is to be modified
