Manage Strategy Stakeholder

Purpose

To manage the list of strategy stakeholders and define their roles and responsibilities

Steps

1. Navigate to Strategy On a Page

2. Click the Stakeholder icon

3. Select or remove stakeholders by clicking Add

4. Drag stakeholders from left to right to add them.

5. Click the accordion on the left side of a stakeholder record.

6. Select the responsibility of the stakeholder from the drop-down list

7. Select RACI and enter a short description.

8. Click Save.
