InnowayIT Platform

InnowayIT is an ITBM Platform. Our mission is to help organizations overcome challenges related to ITBM adoption towards a data-driven, fact-based and mature ITBM capability. We offer a theme-based application, a framework, and skilled resources to meet the unique needs of organizations within their time, budget and resources constraints.

The application platform supports:

1. Strategic Themes: broad and high-level ideas that are of utmost importance to the organization and represent well thought out decisions of business leaders.

2. Visualizations: presenting complex ideas as visual images, which convey the meaning in a better way than simply words

3. Use cases: list of actions or events which define the interaction between a user role and a system to achieve a business outcome

4. Catalogs: which are list of important data entities and their inter-relationships

5. Workflows, Tools and Methods: which are embedded in the system

ITBM roles to support ITBM implementation:

• Subject Matter Experts (SME): Expert in a specific theme e.g. Cloud Strategy or Data Governance

• Consultant: with strong functional knowledge and experience of the platform
