Configuring Landscape
Landscape is a
"..visual representation of data as nested boxes."
Following screenshot displays the Initiative Landscape grouped by type, showing business value score and complexity scores, and color coded (heatmap) by status.

To view the Landscape of any object (initiative in this example) click on the Landscape tab as shown in figure 2

In the landscape tab there are four configuration options. To see the options click on Configure link. The options are shown in figure 3

The options are as follows:
Select Group - to group the items based on a parameter in the dropdown
Select Score - its a multi-select dropdown to select up to 2 scores
Select Heat map - to color the boxes based on the parameter selected
Compact view - to display a compact view
How to configure Group?
Group is configured in the list of value type LANDSCAPE_GROUPING_FIELDS.
Add a parent record for the object (only once)
Add a record for each grouping type field
How to configure Score?
Score is configured in the list of value type LANDSCAPE_SCORE_FIELDS.
Add a parent record for the object (only once)
Add a record for each score type field
How to configure Heatmap?
Heatmap is configured in the list of value type LANDSCAPE_HEATMAP_FIELDS.
Add a parent record for the object (only once)
Add a record for each heatmap type field
How to add a new parent record?
Navigate to Admin > List of Values
Search for the LOV Type to review existing items
Add New to create a new list of value. To create a parent record for the object select the following:
Select required LOV type from the drop down
Enter the name of the Object in Display Value
Enter order by
Enter the name of the Object in Language Independent Code
Select Language Name
Enter description
Click Active Flag
Leave Parent LIC field Empty
How to add a new child record?
Navigate to Admin > List of Values
Search for the LOV Type to review existing items
Add New to create a new list of value. To create a parent record for the object select the following:
Select required LOV type from the drop down
Enter the name of the Field in Display Value
Enter order by
Enter the name of the Field in Language Independent Code
Select Language Name
Enter description
Enter the LOV type of the field in case of LANDSCAPE_HEATMAP_FIELDS
Click Active Flag
Enter Object name in Parent LIC field

To set the color of heat map fields identify the LOV type of the field. For example to find the color scheme for initiative status search the LOV type INITIATIVE_STATUS. Set the color in the color field as shown below:
