Empty Metric or List in Homepage
Problem
On Homepage, the metric section or the list section is empty even after user selects values from drag and drop popup.
Possible Reasons
One of the metric or list items have a configuration issue
Resolution
Click on the icon to manage metric or list
Remove all the items form the list by dragging them to the left side of the popup
Add each item by individually to identify the metric or list with configuration issue
Once the item is identified, inform the administrator about the issue
Administrator tasks
Login with Administration Privilege
Navigate to Configuration > App Views
Navigate to the metric or list with issue. Refer to Configuration manual on how to set up metric, list of chart items
Review and fix the issue or make the item inactive by setting the Status flag off
