Error while uploading an attachment

Possible Reasons

1. Invalid characters in file name or long file name

Resolution

1. Try to remove any invalid characters such as @%# etc.

2. Try to reduce the length of file name

3. Try again

4. If the problem persists contact Administrator or raise a support ticket.
