Glossary is an

"..alphabetical list of ITBM terms with their definitions"

Glossary is accessed by clicking "i" icon next to a term in the InnowayIT application. An example is shown below:

The definition is displayed as follows:

Click on VIEW DETAIL button to navigate to user manual for more details.

To manage glossary navigate to Administration > Glossary.
